Finally they approved my visa extension after a long wait and lots of anxiety

I finally got to travel home to Nigeria.
Watched the turbanning ceremony of MAGA YAKIN TORO.
Went to Kaduna to see my family which was nice
We went to a small village called Koga with Umar for a marriage of my boy Aminu which
was cool.
Disappointed in Kano airport as KLM had cancelled my flight with no warning! I slept
in the airport and flew the next day.

Finished my second year in the University, after doing a presentation which was new to me.
We went to Scotland with Naomi, Eleanor, Nina and Takiyahto see a singer called Brandi
Carlile, who Takiyah really likes. We stayed in Sheila and Celia's house, near Loch Lomond.
Naomi and Carole participated again in the Women's 10k and we supported them again

Africa Oye was boring on the first day as it was pouring with rain
Nina has a table for Citizens Advice Bureau( where she works now) in Africa Oye for promoting
their work and recruiting volunteers- but it was so windy we couldn't keep the stand up !
Maggie and Kieran came home from Dubai for their Summer holidays - and we spent
one Saturday walking all around the city looking for Superlambananas, which are part of the liverpool Capital of Culture-
there are over 100 of them all over the place. We had lots of good chats with people as we went around.
